Our prices include taxes, delivery and pick-up, with no hidden fees. There is one refundable USD 100 cash security deposit per booking (not per item), paid at delivery and returned to you in cash at pick-up.
The minimum rental is 5 days. Both the delivery day and the retrieval day count as rental days.
Yes. On our Build Your Package page you choose your dates and where you are staying once, then pick one of our ready-made packages or build your own. Everything goes into your cart together with the right dates.
Yes. Car seats (and strollers) can be delivered to and picked up at the airport or your car rental at no extra cost, while the crib and other items go to your hotel or villa, all in one booking.
Deliveries are scheduled between 5:00 PM and 10:00 PM, and someone must receive and sign for the equipment. In high season (November to February) pick-up is by 7:30 AM on your departure day; a different time can be requested in writing by WhatsApp or email. Please send us your room number in writing.
Make absolutely sure it is a real crib: many hotels call a pack-n-play a crib. Ask if it is wood or metal (metal ones are usually not very comfortable) and whether the mattress is full thickness (5 inches) rather than the thin 3-inch kind. Also watch out for hotels using adult-sized sheets on cribs: this is unsafe and a strangulation hazard for babies. If they do not offer fitted crib sheets, do not use that crib. Bring two fitted crib sheets, or rent ours.
All our equipment is new or in excellent (gently used) condition. We own all our stock, and every item is thoroughly inspected before each rental.
Yes. Before each rental, all equipment is cleaned, sanitized and inspected for safety. We treat it as if our own children were using it.
Yes. We install cribs for every client who requests it, free of charge, and pick-up is free too.
No. For liability reasons we cannot install car seats; please install it yourself following the manufacturer's instructions.
Please tell us as early as possible. Cancellations made 1 week or less before delivery are charged in full. For earlier cancellations, refunds depend on when you paid, because our payment gateway cannot refund payments older than 30 days. See our Cancellation Policy for the full rules.

Yes, through our sister company Tender Babysitters Care Aruba: CPR-certified babysitters at your hotel, villa or Airbnb, from USD 20 per hour with a 4-hour minimum.
Aruba Crib Rental has served visiting families since 2010. We are a local Aruban family business, we own all our equipment, and we deliver and pick up ourselves.
