Events Cancelation Policy:

General Cancellation Policy for events

  • If, after booking an event you are unable to proceed with the event, you are welcome to nominate someone else to take over the event in your place. If there is anything that will be changed by the new event organizer from the previous event, an additional fee will be charged to reflect the correct and new event requirements.
  • Please be advice that a submission via email does not represent an official confirmation of the event only until the event is paid in full and a confirmation has been send to the organizer by Crioyo Aruba.
  • CRIOYO ARUBA reserves the admission and expulsion rights of any guest at its Venue.

Refunds Policy:

  • Cancellation are honored with a postpone date of 1 full calendar year  : 100% NO Refund
  • Depending on the reason why you must cancel you can postpone your event or party. Keep in mind that there will be no refunds. If food was ordered and paid that’s the only loss you will have but the Venue and the Bar arrangements will remain valid for 1 Full calendar year.
  • In order to be entitled for a postpone date you must provide a certificate of death certificate of the family member that passed away.
