DIGITAL CONTRACT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

      1. Overtime for each 30 minutes after your Party or Event contract time has expired will be charged AWG 50.00 cash. The Event Organizer gets 1 hour prior to the hours reserved and paid before the event starts to set up and 1 hour after the event is finished to clean up and vacate the venue.
      2. No drugs or illegal substances are permitted at Pavia Party-Crioyo Venue.
      3. The owner and PaviaParty-Crioyo Team will always be present at all Parties or Events for control purposes.
      4. Catering services must take all their belongings and dishes are not allowed to be washed at CRIOYO ARUBA.
      5. The maximum number of guests allowed depending on which event includes 75, Including Children. A head count will be done and required for all events at the entrance as per the agreement submitted by the organizer (Amount of Adults – Kids)
      6. There must be 1 adult (21 or over) present for the duration of the party, per every 10 kids. (Kids Party)
      7. Please have an Aruba-issued ID available to identify the adults present at the party. (Kids Party)
      8. No glass bottles or beverages will be used around or in the pool or Jacuzzi.
      9. Thou all restrictions for COVID have been lifted should the Government reinstate this restriction regulation these and rules again for  All COVID Rules and regulation will be applicable as per DVG and the local Government according to and subject to changes which changes will always remain applicable. Not adhering to any rules implied and which are in effect by the local authorities will be considered a reason to cancel the event and evacuate everyone present at the location without a refund. Should it be necessary the event organizer grants his/her permit to call the police.
      10. No eating or drinking of food or snacks and beverages is permitted in the pool or the Jacuzzi. Going in the Jacuzzi with Sun Tang or any oil substance on the skin is strictly prohibited. Should any guest disobey this very important rule a Cleaning Fee of AWG 250.00 for the Jacuzzi will be charged to the event or party organizer.
      11. No Smoking at all times.
      12. Cooking or Frying of foods is not permitted also it’s prohibited at Crioyo Aruba. All consumptions of food and beverages must be brought to the Venue. Exemptions on Food can be negotiated and also on Alcoholic Beverages.
      13. You must be 21 years of age or older to submit a Party Application and book a party.
      14. Confetti or any glittering party materials are strictly not permitted. Decorating material can not be glued or stuck in any way or form on any surface or our Venue. All decorations must be inspected by our Venue personnel during the decoration.
      15. You must clean up the pool area (INCLUDING THE BATHROOM) after your party.
      16. CRIOYO ARUBA is neither responsible nor liable for any personal belongings left behind or personal belongings that have been lost damaged or broken.
      17. Clean-up Fee is optional should the renter not wish to clean up. (AWG 200.00)
      18. Violation of any pool rules/contract will result in party privileges being revoked and or including immediate termination of the party or event by Management and no Refund will be honored.
      19. A 300.00 Guilders refundable deposit will be required for all EVENTS to be paid in cash on the day of the event. Your deposit will be refunded upon inspection of the facilities after the event.
      20. You will be financially responsible for any damages you or your guest causes in and around the pool area and party area at Pavia Park 56 that exceeds the security deposit of AWG 300.00
      21. Act of nature like rain or any other weather changes will not be considered a reason for this contract’s cancellation and Pavia Party Center-CRIOYO ARUBA will not be held responsible. Refunds will not be applicable for acts of nature.
      22. Postponements are only permitted in case of the passing away of a family member with proof that can be postponed to another date. A refund will not apply to the rental price.
      23. The renter must payment of 100% of the quotation amount to reserve the Venue 1 week before the event. Your party activities should not interfere with other residents therefore our House DJ will decide the volume of the sound system at his discretion.
      24. Pavia Party Club/Crioyo D Pass Aruba is not responsible for any injuries to you or any of your guests during any event. It’s the sole responsibility of the organizer that his guests behave safely. The organizer will be responsible for any injuries to his guests. However, we do have First Aid Equipment and personnel to assist in any event if required.
      25. Disorderly conduct is not permitted and fighting will be handled as per immediate removal of those involved from the premises and can include party/event termination without refund of either the security deposit or EVENT rental price and all paid fees in total due to forfeit by disorderly conduct of any guest of the organizer.
      26. The Residence is off-limits for any party guests at all times.
      27. Parking inside the residence is strictly prohibited.
      28. Should you bring a BBQ Grill you will not be allowed to clean the grill at Pavia Party Center-CRIOYO ARUBA.
      29. All trash must be disposed of in plastic bags and not directly in the trash container.
      30. For Parties where a Musical Band either big or small or an outside DJ will entertain there will be a Fee of AWG 225.00 for electricity will additionally charge. CRIOYO ARUBA Management reserves the right to the volume of the music
      31. Party organizer must bring their plastic bags for their use for certain events.
      32. CRIOYO ARUBA will not lend any kitchen utilities or any amenities either.
      33. Kids are not allowed in the Bar at any time and only a maximum of 2 Bartenders can be in the bar at any time.
      34. Any damages to the property by any rental company will be the sole responsibility of the party or event organizer.
      35. Once the party or event guest is inside the venue area exit will only be allowed if the guest is leaving and not returning.
      36. The party area is a private venue therefore doors will be closed and control will be handled at the entrance by security on Events at night security.
      37. The party organizer will be responsible for the Security at the door for parties at night to control illegal matters and or fighting or disorderly conduct. If the organizer does not or cannot place security Pavia Party Club-CRIOYO ARUBA will place security at the organizer’s expense which will be charged from the security deposit if needed and if the organizer can not prove that security has been arranged and is present at the event venue address 1 hour before the event starts Pavia Party Club-CRIOYO ARUBA reserves the right the cancel the event with NO Refunds entitled to the organizer by defaulting on the terms and conditions on this contract.
      38. Any quotation paid has an agreement by both parties per our Terms and Conditions.
      39. CRIOYO ARUBA will not be held responsible if the government changes abruptly the gathering restrictions.
      40. Should this happen, the event can be postponed for 1 calendar year, including the same agreed items.
      41. By processing your payment either via credit card or bank transfer you acknowledge to have read understood and fully agreed with our Terms and Conditions and our cancellation policy together with our reserving the right to admission or expulsion. In this contract, you agree that there will be no refund in case the government raises restrictions again and or imposes lockdowns or severe restrictions not allowing big gatherings. We reserve the right to postpone any event due to this nature.
      42. Should you as the event organizer make your payment for your event whether you have read or not these rules, they will be binding and legally subjected to you as client or organizer.
      43. By processing your payment either via credit card or bank transfer you acknowledge to have read understood and fully agreed with our Terms and Conditions  Contract which clearly states you have agreed that after you have processed your payment you also signed this agreement with your payment receipt either via Credit Card or Bank Transfer or Direct Debit Card Swiped Payment or Cash Payment.
